The Spellbound Group is built around one principal — me. I personally lead every client relationship and review all work before it reaches you, drawing on 20 years of CFO experience and 50+ M&A and equity funding transactions in the lower middle market. As the practice grows I may bring on a small, carefully-chosen support team — but the judgment you’re hiring, and the person accountable for it, won’t change: you’re working with me.
That’s also why I cap engagements at no more than twelve at a time. Twelve is the most I can personally lead and personally stand behind, at the standard this work demands. A place opens when one closes. I take this on because I care where your business is headed.
